Website Redesign Turns Into Home Run for CES Property Management

CES Property Management ( had an older site they had built but they were ready for a new look. As part of the process they wanted to make sure they had a mobile optimized site to reach their very mobile and tech savvy target customer...Notre Dame Students. Their ROI (Return on Investment) was nearly immediate!

CES's admitted their old site which they had built worked for awhile however it steadily declined in the search rankings to the point they were ranking on page 10 and beyond. They also new they needed a site that gave visitors using mobile devices a great experience.

Our solution: We started by using a Responsive Web Design technique that optimizes the site for viewing on any device... desktop computers, tablets and even phones. This allows their target visitors, Notre Dame Students, to have a great experience on their iPhones (75% of the mobile visitors to the site are using iPhones). We backed this up with our CMS (Content Management System) which allows CES Property Management to easily add or update their off-campus student housing listings and availability. We also added the ability for their clients to pay online.

Results: Huge improvements in their search rankings almost immediately which resulted in renting out most of their properties within months of the site going live. They very quickly recouped their investment in the new website.
